We operate as a caregiver registry, which is an independent pre-employment screening/consulting agency. We have national accreditation with the Private Care Association, Inc.

TLC Home Companion Care seeks to provide pre-screened caregivers for clients. Only caregivers who have gone through a rigorous screening process are considered for referral to our clients. We screen caregivers backgrounds from previous employment, driving and criminal records, and drug screening, just to name a few.

We consult with the prospective client regarding their needs and then refer several caregivers for them to interview based on the client's needs and preferences.  You are in control through the entire process.
